Hounded by mysterious VHS tapes and plagued by violent visions, jazz saxophonist (Bill Pullman) is suddenly framed for the murder of his wife (Patricia Arquette) after a bizarre encounter at a party.
The mystery deepens when the man vanishes, only to be replaced by a young mechanic with a completely different life, but one which may overlap with the musician’s fears.
