BBC Radio Solent proudly presents an evening of laughter in aid of BBC Children In Need celebrating the 50th anniversary of the classic sitcom Some Mothers’ Do ‘Ave ‘Em, and honouring the memory of Ray Allen - the Isle of Wight author who created the series.
Some of Frank Spencer’s greatest mishaps have been located in the depths of the BBC vaults and have been scanned from the original camera negatives. Having undergone an extensive restoration process, they will be proudly presented here in stunning high definition for the first time. The evening also includes previously unseen footage, some very special guests and some surprises from the team at BBC Radio Solent.
Tickets: £10 plus 70p booking fee.
£8.33 from the sale of each ticket will benefit BBC Children in Need (charity number 802052 in England & Wales and SC039557 in Scotland) - this represents the full price of the ticket less the VAT.
