Where the hell have you been, loca? Come and join us for a cult screening of New Moon, during the new moon!

After Big Night Out brought you Twilight last December, we’ve been inundated with requests to continue - you could say we’re being hounded. That we’ve been thrown to the wolves. Wolf jokes.

And so, we present to you, the second instalment of the franchise, featuring such iconic thrills as:

✦ Three month depression montage
✦ Groundbreaking pizza-into-spanner transition VFX
✦ Harrowing nightmares about aging and decaying (aka turning eighteen)
✦ Lots of shirtless men in jorts
✦ A sudden, madcap chase to the goth vampire government in Italy

Bella Swan is already not happy - she’s turning eighteen, and is still, against her wishes, human. But things are about to get worse, as vampire boyfriend Edward and his family abruptly head out of town and leave a heartbroken Bella behind. Leaning on her childhood friend Jacob Black to help pick up the pieces, Bella must rebuild a life without her sparkly beloved. But what Bella doesn't realize is that Jacob also has a secret that will change their lives...what are the odds?

Expect giveaways, badges, Muse on the playlist, and plenty of patronising visions of your vampire ex-boyfriend. Dress accordingly: autumnal flannel, earthy tones and werewolfy jean shorts strongly encouraged.
