Little Miss Sunshine

Seven-year-old Olive Hoover (Abigail Breslin) wants to win the Little Miss Sunshine beauty pageant more than anything in the world. It's going to take the combined efforts of her dysfunctional family – and their rusted-out VW bus – to make her dream come true.

When she's invited to compete, Olive and her father Richard (Greg Kinnear), mother Cheryl (Toni Collette), uncle Richard (Steve Carell), brother Dwayne (Paul Dano) and Grandpa (Alan Arkin) hit the road, travelling from their New Mexico home to far-off California. But they all find themselves stretched to the limit when the group's quirks cause unforeseen problems along their interstate route.
