How to Renew Your Membership
Renewing your Picturehouse Membership online couldn’t be easier!

You will need:
- Your MyPicturehouse login details. If you bought your membership at a cinema, and don't have a MyPicturehouse account, you can create one here.
- To be in the last month of your current Membership period.
How to renew:
If your membership is still active, in the last month of your current Membership period a 'Renew' button will appear on your Picturehouse account page. All you need to do is be logged in and click that to get started. It will look similar to the below:
But if that button doesn't appear, your Membership has already expired, or you're a MyPicturehouse account holder looking to upgrade to a paid Membership, you can follow the steps below:
1. Head to our Membership | Join Us page
2. Use the membership picker to choose your Membership type
3. Select One-off or Recurring – we recommend Recurring for the best value!
4. Sign in to your Picturehouse account when prompted
5. Follow the instructions to proceed to purchase
6. You have now renewed your membership!

Gift Memberships
If you have an e-gift Membership and want to use it to renew, please head to picturehouses.com/redeem. Enter the gift voucher number and pin, pick the Membership type and press proceed. You will then be prompted to login to your account.
Troubleshooting Tips
If you are experiencing any issues with the website, the following troubleshooting steps are likely to help:
- Sign out of your membership account before going through membership, and sign in once prompted.
- Clear your cache in your web browser.
- If you are on your mobile browser, try using a desktop or laptop.
