1. Black Friday Discount: 40% off the price of first 12 months of Picturehouse Membership ("offer") applies to qualifying purchases of Membership made from 27 Nov 2025 to 1 Dec 2025 (dates inclusive) ("offer period") 


2. Offer available only on new recurring annual subscription Memberships purchased online at www.picturehouses.com and Memberships purchased in cinema during the offer period. 


3. Offer not applicable to:
   
   
   
   • online purchases of 12-month One-Off Payment Memberships (excluding Student Memberships)

4. Offer applies to the first year of Membership fees only. Subsequent payments of Membership fees (for recurring annual subscriptions and 12-month one-off Memberships) will be charged at the full price applicable at the time of renewal.


5. Offer not available to Members with an existing recurring annual subscription.


6. All Memberships have a minimum subscription period of 12 months.


7. Recurring annual subscriptions automatically renew after each 12-month period, and annual membership fees will be charged, unless and until Membership is cancelled.


8. Members with an existing one-off Membership whose Membership is due to expire within 30 days may take advantage of the offer when renewing online during the offer period (renewal not available in cinema).
